About the role
This is an internship opportunity to learn how fashion retail brands create attractive in-store displays and customer experiences with the Visual Merchandising team at PACIFICA Group in Bangkok.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Visual Merchandising team in store display setup and product arrangement
- Assist with window displays, styling, and visual presentation for fashion retail brands
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure displays follow brand guidelines
- Visit stores and department store branches to support display execution and visual checks
- Help prepare VM materials, props, and presentation documents
About you
- 3rd or 4th year student in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Passionate about fashion, retail, lifestyle brands, and store decoration
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail
- Comfortable traveling to different store branches in shopping malls to support in-store display setup
- Able to use Microsoft Office; basic design tools are an advantage
- Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work as part of a team
