- Store layout & space planning (planograms)
- Window display & mannequin styling standards
- Brand guideline execution & seasonal campaign rollout
- Trend forecasting & colour/theme direction
- Budgeting for props, fixtures & display materials
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/SketchUp, and VM reporting tools
- Vendor & fixture supplier coordination
- Staff training on VM SOPs across stores
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years in Visual Merchandising, with 3+ years in a managerial/regional role
- Prior experience in GCC or Middle East retail market strongly preferred
- Experience handling multi-brand or multi-store fashion portfolios
- Background in hypermarket/department store fashion sections
Qualification required
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design / Visual Merchandising / Retail Management
- Diploma in VM or Fashion Merchandising
