Visual Merchandiser Retail

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting visual merchandising excellence and brand consistency across assigned retail stores. The role will focus on implementing HQ-defined visual standards, seasonal campaigns and store presentation guidelines, ensuring alignment with the brand’s global positioning and luxury retail standards under the direction of the Visual Merchandising Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Execute visual standards and guidelines defined by HQ Visual Retail across assigned stores, under the direction of the Visual Merchandising Manager, conducting store visits to assess visual presentation quality, ensure compliance with brand guidelines and support corrective actions;
• Assist with seasonal campaigns and window displays by implementing HQ-approved designs and ensuring timely, accurate execution aligned with brand strategy and campaign guidelines;
• Execute store presentation and product display under VM Manager guidance, managing stock levels on the shop floor and stockroom (IBT, transfers, replenishment), and ensuring visual storytelling enhances customer experience while maintaining luxury retail standards;
• Support store audits and compliance monitoring, assessing visual execution quality, identifying compliance gaps, and reporting findings to the Visual Merchandising Manager for corrective action;
• Coordinate with Store Managers on daily visual execution and store presentation and collaborate with Retail Operations on store presentation and operational efficiency, reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager on alignment and issues;
• Support performance monitoring of visual merchandising KPIs and compliance metrics, collecting data and reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager on performance gaps and improvement opportunities;
• Deliver product knowledge training to floor staff and provide feedback on product performance to Visual Merchandising Manager, while staying current on fashion trends and competitor activity;
• Support continuous improvement and innovation by identifying opportunities for visual merchandising improvement and supporting testing of new approaches in assigned stores, sharing learnings with the Visual Merchandising Manager and team;
• Maintain visual merchandising knowledge and skills by staying current on visual merchandising trends and best practices, participating in training and development activities, and continuously improving visual execution capabilities.

Salary Range : 50.000€– 55.000€
