Visual Merchandiser Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Display & Presentation

• Ensure products are displayed attractively and strategically to maximize customer attention.
• Arrange products according to category, price range, collection, and sales priority.
• Highlight new arrivals, fast-moving products, promotional items, and high-value products.
• Ensure proper lighting, cleanliness, signage, and overall presentation.

2. Sales Support

• Work closely with the Sales Team to understand sales priorities and promote relevant products through display.
• Create displays that encourage customer enquiry and product trials.
• Support the team in improving product visibility and customer conversion.
• Identify products with low movement and suggest improved display positions.

3. Showroom/Store Management

• Regularly monitor showroom displays and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct periodic store visits and identify gaps in product presentation.
• Coordinate with showroom staff for timely changes in product placement.
• Ensure displays are maintained throughout business hours.

4. Promotional & Seasonal Activities

• Execute visual displays for festivals, offers, new launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure promotional communication and branding materials are properly placed.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for campaign implementation.

5. Sales & Market Analysis

• Monitor product movement and sales trends to support display planning.
• Take feedback from sales staff regarding customer preferences and product demand.
• Study competitor displays and market trends and suggest improvements.

6. Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Store Operations, and Design teams.
• Coordinate with vendors for display materials, signage, fixtures, and promotional requirements.
• Ensure VM activities are completed within the given timelines.

7. Reporting

• Prepare regular showroom/store visit reports with photographs.
• Report display gaps, product visibility issues, and corrective actions.
• Track the implementation of VM activities across assigned locations.

• Ability to travel to different stores/showrooms as required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/Diploma in Retail Management, Fashion, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Sales, or Showroom Operations.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
