Visual Merchandising Assistant (VMD)

Responsibilities:

• To design and prepare the signboards and POP cards, to ensure that the right POP cards are being put up and the right message is on the POP cards or posters.
• To set up the presentation according to the request of promotional activities such as product launches, brand promotions and event promotions.
• To prepare the backdrops, signboards and others based on the requirements.
• To ensure that all visual presentations set-ups, props used, etc. are safe and will not
• endanger the safety of customers.
• To make the necessary changes on displays, decorations as well as press advertisements on notice board from time to time.
• To constantly change the visual presentations based on seasonal/festive themes such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali etc.
• To perform other duties which may be assigned by the Superiors from time to time.
• To ensure that all tools, appliances and equipment of the department are in good condition to minimise damages or losses.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Professional certificate/ Diploma in Design / Fashion / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years relevant experience, preferably in retail industry.
• Must be discipline and committed, young, vibrant and outgoing candidates.
• Able to work in Retail hours (weekend and Public Holiday).
• Willing to support Cashier Operations when needed.
• Prefer MALE candidate.
• Position located in SOGO Central Plaza i-City, Shah Alam.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
