Job Overview

The Visual Merchandising Associate is responsible for creating and maintaining attractive product displays that enhance the customer shopping experience, support sales, and ensure the store meets visual merchandising and brand standards.

Job Description

• VM planning and executions.
• Ensure the implementation of VM guidelines across own stores as well as different authorized dealers.
• Conduct regular store checks and visits.
• Prepare VM reports, documentation, etc.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the department .
• Store design and development.
• Support in the preparation of designs layouts, renderings, and tech drawings of stores, marketing events, and other VM projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers project.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or any related field.

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or Exhibition Design.

3. Must provide/present PORTFOLIO.

4. Experience in handling end-to-end VM Projects (design, production, installation, and reporting.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, SketchUp, V-ray, or similar to 3D rendering softwares.

6. Good project management and time management skills.

7. Ability to work under pressure, and adapt to fast-paced retail environments.

8. Must be willing to do store visits, overnight installations, and marketing events.
