Visual Merchandising Associate

Visual Merchandising Associate is responsible for executing the brand’s visual identity at the store level under the guidance of the VM Supervisor/VM Manager. This role involves the physical installation of displays, maintaining high presentation standards, and ensuring all merchandise is styled according to company planograms to drive customer engagement and sales.

DOES:

• Store Display Monitoring: Helping the visual merchandiser to follow planograms and visual guidelines correctly to keep the stores and brands look consistent.
• Product Display Standards: Coordinates with the ASS/OIC or person in charge of the store to submit proof of display for any new brand setups or module displays.
• VM Store Audit: Conducts regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual standards and resolve any issues that may affect performance.
• Marketing Coordination: Coordinates with the Marketing Team to align displays with current promotions and seasonal trends, ensuring timely execution and brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Creative Arts/Advertising or any art related course or similar field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail visual merchandising or a similar creative role.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift, flexible schedule to accommodate early morning or late-night floor sets.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Visual storytelling, technical drawing, commercial awareness, and physical stamina.
