Visual Merchandising Executive (Designer)

• Design and execute visual concepts for store POSM (MT, GT, Events).
• Create product display and promotional materials (shelf branding, end gondolas, floor displays, hanging displays, signage, etc.)
• Create 3D visualizations and renderings for proposals, presentations, and field implementation.
• Prepare final artwork and technical drawings according to production requirements.
• Improve the design process from concept, final artwork, until production according to brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and vendor teams regarding visual merchandising needs.
• Perform quality control on POP material production and field implementation.
• Evaluate and update displays based on retail design trends, seasons, or ongoing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Product Design, Interior Design or related discipline.
• Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Shopper Marketing, or Trade Marketing Design.
• Experience or portfolio in designing POP materials, retail displays, visual merchandising, or activation materials.
• Understanding the production process for display materials such as acrylic, MDF, metal, PVC foam board, corrugated carton, and other retail materials is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders and vendors.
