Visual Merchandising Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement visually appealing store displays, window displays, and in-store promotions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective floor plans, planograms, and store designs that meet business objectives.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with brand standards, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform visual merchandising decisions and optimize product placement.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in retail planning or visual merchandising management.
• Strong understanding of floor planning, planogram development, and implementation.
• Proven track record in creating successful store designs that drive sales growth.
