Visual Merchandising Manager

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of retail visual merchandising initiatives across the region. This role requires a strong balance of creative design capabilities, technical knowledge, and project management expertise to deliver innovative and impactful retail displays that elevate customer experience and brand presence.

As a key stakeholder, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, manufacturers, and regional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to brand standards.

Location: Bugis, Singapore

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (based on reporting time)

Hybrid Work Arrangement: 3 days Work From Office (WFO), 2 days Work From Home (WFH) (subject to business requirements and changes)

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of retail displays, fixtures, and visual merchandising solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project execution from design development through production, installation, and rollout.
• Evaluate materials, finishes, and construction methods to ensure durability, sustainability, cost efficiency, and design integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Retail Operations, Procurement, and external vendors.
• Review technical drawings, mock-ups, and prototypes to ensure feasibility and compliance with specifications.
• Provide expertise on electrical, mechanical, and structural requirements relating to retail fixtures and display units.
• Drive continuous improvement in display design, production quality, and vendor performance.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Display Design, Fixture Design, Product Design, or Retail Environment Development.

• Strong background in product design and development with the ability to translate concepts into commercially viable retail solutions.

• Solid understanding of:

  • Materials and manufacturing processes
  • Durability and sustainability considerations
  • Retail fixture fabrication and production techniques

• Strong project management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder coordination.
