What they need
The Visual Merchandising Officer is responsible for planogram development and management, ensuring consistent execution of visual merchandising standards across SJD branches. This role partners closely with several teams to ensure effective category presentation, promotional execution, and retail discipline across the chain.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years’ experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Space Planning, Category Management, or Trade Marketing
- At least 3+ years of strong experience in planogram development and management
- Proven experience handling multi-branch or regional retail coverage
- Experience in pharmacy, supermarket, FMCG, beauty, or personal care retail preferred
- Experience conducting store audits and retail compliance checks
- Exposure to store openings, rollouts, renovations, or resets is an advantage
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
