Visual Merchandising Supervisor

• Supervise the development and execution of approved visual merchandising artwork for in-store displays, campaigns, events, and other brand initiatives, ensuring consistency with brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous enhancement of comprehensive Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines for stores, events, and product launches, ensuring alignment with the brand's creative direction, commercial objectives, and sales strategies.
• Plan, review, and oversee the allocation and distribution of visual merchandising materials, fixtures, and store modules to ensure timely and efficient deployment across all stores.
• Monitor, analyze, and present monthly store photo reports, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending action plans to enhance visual merchandising execution.
• Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards, evaluate the quality of installations, and provide coaching and feedback to store teams. Consolidate findings and present recommendations to the IS and Operations Heads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience
