Visual Merchandising Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

1. Concept Development

• Develop visual ideas and display concepts that support Lakon Indonesia’s collection direction and campaign.
• Interpret the values, colors, and narratives of each collection into strong visual concepts that align with the brand identity.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistency between products, storytelling, and presentation spaces.

2. Execution

• Design and implement window displays, in-store displays, and product layouts across all Lakon Indonesia stores.
• Conduct styling and arrangement of visual elements in stores, including products, decorations, lighting, and supporting materials to create an atmosphere that reflects the collection concept.
• Supervise installation processes to ensure the final results meet approved concepts and brand standards.

3. Brand Consistency & Market Relevance

• Ensure all displays consistently reflect Lakon Indonesia’s identity and brand DNA across all stores.
• Monitor visual merchandising trends and consumer behavior to continuously update visual approaches relevant to the market.
• Prepare evaluation reports and provide recommendations for visual development based on field observations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
• Strong sense of design, color, and composition with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to translate brand identity and collection themes into creative and cohesive visual presentations.
• Proficient in design and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, or other relevant software).
• Strong project management and leadership skills; able to supervise installation and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Updated knowledge of retail and fashion trends, consumer behavior, and store display innovations.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative working attitude.
• Willing to travel and handle multiple store locations when required.
