Visual Merchandising Supervisor

该职位来源于猎聘 SUMMARY The Visual Merchandising Supervisor implements in-store visual strategies to ensure exceptional product presentation and brand consistency. Key duties include creating VM plans, executing campaign rollouts, conducting store visits, and providing training to uphold visual standards across all locations. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new store VM plan & setup
• Execute retail marketing campaign roll out, material ordering and instore setup
• Conduct regular store visit and communication with front line staff to ensure VM maintenance efficiency
• Provide VM training to internal sales and retail team, retailers and front line staff
• Manage and monitor store VM execution & maintenance JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Education：bachelor degree or above, major in design or art or related discipline
• Experience：3+ years in retail project industry, outdoor/sports is preferred
• Knowledge, technical/professional skill: Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, CorelDraw & ppt
• Language Skill: Good in read & written English
