Salary Range: Php 35,000 - Php 45,000

Job Summary
The Visual Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for creating compelling and premium in-store presentations. The role ensures that product displays, store layouts, and visual elements consistently reflect the brands' luxury positioning and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute visual merchandising concepts for stores, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure proper product arrangement, display styling, window presentation, and overall store aesthetics.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor VM standards and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers for display fixtures, props, signage, and other VM materials.
• Source and manage VM materials while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Work closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, and Store Teams to implement brand campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain consistency of visual standards across all branches.
• Keep updated on luxury retail, jewelry, watch, and visual merchandising trends.
• Develop creative solutions to improve product visibility and customer engagement.
• Maintain a portfolio of visual merchandising projects and completed store installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, watches, or premium brands is highly preferred.
• Strong sense of styling, aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail.
• Experience working with VM/display suppliers and sourcing display materials.
• Willing to travel for store visits and installations.
• Passion for jewelry, watches, gemology, or horology is an advantage.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising work.
• Creative, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
