  • Partner with Marketing to develop and deliver impactful brand and promotional activity, driving customer engagement, sales, and commercial performance
  • Build strong partnerships with Retail Operations, using regular floor walks, trading insights, and feedback sessions to identify opportunities and drive improved brand performance
  • Support set up of product and pricing within merchandise management systems, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely execution
  • Manage supplier relationships with Finance, ensuring accurate supplier setup, compliance with internal processes, and effective ongoing administration
  • Own key commercial inputs across mark-up targets, markdown rates, and selling prices, working closely with the Buyer and Merchandise team to maximise gross margin performance
  • Partner with the Digital team to oversee product setup, imagery, pricing, and availability, ensuring a consistent and compelling customer proposition across Brown Thomas Arnotts digital channels
  • Manage in-season replenishment and continuity ordering, proactively responding to trading performance and stock requirements to optimise availability, sales, and stock flow
