Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Support VisualFabriq / TPM application configuration and functional activities.
• Participate in application rollouts, testing and implementation .
• Provide application maintenance and functional support.
• Manage and analyze incidents and service requests , coordinating with relevant teams.
• Prepare functional documentation and contribute to knowledge-transfer activitie

Requirements:

• Solid functional knowledge and practical experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) .
• Previous experience with VisualFabriq is a strong advantage.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant .
• Experience in application support, configuration, testing and rollout activities .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
