Were searching for a talented and experienced Visualiser to lead and inspire our design team. **Pay Scale

Our budget for this senior role is Upto INR 60,000 per month (commensurate with performance).

**Location
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Churchgate, Mumbai office.

**Responsibilities

1. Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality visual assets for marketing materials (digital & print), social media graphics, and more

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc. ) to understand project goals, target audience, and brand messaging

3. Manage a project pipeline effectively, delivering work on time and within budget

4. Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visuals, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms

5. Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth

6. Stay ahead of design trends, exploring new techniques and software to enhance the teams skillset and deliver innovative design solutions

7. Proactively identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs to achieve maximum visual impact and user engagement

8. Participate in client meetings and presentations

9. Oversee the work of freelance designers or vendors, if applicable

10. Assist with design recruitment efforts
