Visualiser

Position Overview:

The Visualizer is responsible for developing and executing creative visual concepts across digital, print, social media, and advertising campaigns. The role involves translating creative briefs and ideas into impactful visual outputs while maintaining brand consistency and design quality.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Execution

• Develop creative layouts, key visuals, social media creatives, advertisements, and campaign assets.
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually engaging designs.
• Prepare high-quality artwork for both digital and print platforms.
• Ensure all creative outputs are delivered accurately and within deadlines.

Concept Development & Creative Thinking

• Develop visual concepts based on campaign objectives and creative briefs.
• Create mood boards, visual references, and design directions.
• Explore different design approaches, compositions, typography, and visual styles.
• Support the creative team in developing campaign ideas and presentations.

Brand & Visual Consistency

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative materials.
• Apply appropriate typography, colour palettes, imagery, layouts, and design principles.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all final artwork.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Copywriters, Client Servicing, Art Directors, Motion Designers, and other creative team members.
• Understand feedback and incorporate revisions effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure creative requirements are met.

Creative Research & Learning

• Stay updated with current design, advertising, social media, and visual communication trends.
• Research references and competitor creatives to support concept development.
• Experiment with new design styles, formats, tools, and creative techniques.

File Management & Artwork Preparation

• Maintain organized source files, working files, and final artwork.
• Follow proper file naming, folder structure, and version-control practices.
• Prepare artwork according to digital and print production requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Visualizer, Graphic Designer, or in a creative/advertising agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs, work under deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and visual design skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
