Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Visualiser to develop creative concepts and engaging digital communication for our real estate projects and corporate brand. The role involves translating marketing briefs into impactful visuals that communicate project positioning, maintain brand consistency and support customer engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Creative conceptualisation: Develop original campaign ideas, themes and key visuals for project launches, ongoing sales campaigns, festive promotions and corporate branding.

Digital design: Create social media posts, carousels, stories, digital advertisements, website banners, landing page visuals, emailers and WhatsApp creatives.

Real estate communication: Translate project features, amenities, location advantages and lifestyle benefits into clear, attractive visuals suited to the target homebuyer.

Brand consistency: Maintain the approved design language, typography, colours and visual standards across projects, channels and campaign adaptations.

Campaign execution: Convert approved concepts into platform-ready artwork, ensuring correct dimensions, image quality, readability and mobile-friendly layouts.

Photography and video: Enhance project photographs and approved architectural renders; develop storyboards and coordinate with photographers, videographers and editors for campaign assets.

Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, copywriters, digital agencies and project teams to understand briefs, present concepts and incorporate feedback.

Creative improvement: Prepare design variations for campaign testing and refine creatives using audience feedback and performance insights shared by the digital marketing team.

Quality and approvals: Check artwork for spelling, project details, prices, offers and approved disclaimers; obtain required internal approvals before release.

Delivery and asset management: Manage multiple briefs and deadlines, maintain organised editable files and approved asset libraries, and coordinate external design support when required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

510 years of relevant experience in visualisation, graphic design or advertising creative development.

Degree or diploma in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience supported by a strong portfolio.

Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Excellent understanding of concept development, typography, colour, composition, image editing and visual storytelling.

Experience designing for social media, digital advertising and websites, with the ability to adapt creatives across formats.

Ability to explain creative decisions, work independently, manage feedback and deliver accurate work within agreed timelines.

Preferred Experience and Skills

Experience with a real estate developer or an advertising agency handling real estate brands, supported by project launch and property marketing work.

Motion graphics and short video editing skills using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Familiarity with InDesign, CorelDRAW or Figma; experience creating brochures, presentations and other sales support material.

Understanding of Hindi and Marathi typography and layouts, and familiarity with approved AI-assisted design tools.
