• Skilled user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and of email handling software.

• Skills to represent architectural drawings at different scales.

• Eagerness to explore different mediums and forms of representation.

• Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical approach to work carried out.

• Fluency of the English language and a basic understanding of the Hindi language.

Experience

• 1 -2 year of work experience in a similar role.

• Basic video editing skills is plus

Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Architecture and/or in Graphic Design

Responsibilities & Skills

• Responsible for working directly with project teams to create still images and animations for a variety of projects from concept to final design.

• Responsible for direct modelling, texture creation, editing and mapping, along with camera placement and lighting to make photorealistic interactive levels.

• Modelling such as mesh editing and repair, mesh sculpting, solid/NURBS model editing, asset population

• Topography and surrounding context creation and editing using satellite imagery, Mapbox, GIS, or other

• Texture creation, editing, and mapping

• Using proper camera placement and lighting to create photorealistic interaction levels

• Using post-production workflows effective such as Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects

• Delegate discrete or repetitive tasks and automate repetitive workflows

• Support in the development of corporate visualization standards and processes

Qualification & Experience

• 5+ years of visualization experience

• Strong understanding of both photorealistic rendering and non-photorealistic visualization techniques

• Good knowledge of import/export workflows through Revit, Rhino, , V-Ray, Enscape etc.

• Knowledge with procedural techniques using software such as Grasshopper, Blender, or Houdini is plus

• Ability to adapt and scale preferred workflow to the specific needs of different projects

• General understanding of cloud-computation, distributed rendering, and virtual machines

• Ability to demonstrate skills with image framing and composition, graphic hierarchy, colour theory, stylistic replication and adaptation, etc.

• Knowledge with creation, acquisition, and management of visualization assets (scale figures, vegetation, textures, etc.)

• Able to demonstrate initiative and a pro-active approach to daily tasks

• Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and motivation
