Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers with product selection by explaining benefits, ingredients, and usage instructions for vitamins and supplements
• Conduct engaging product demos to showcase new or popular health products, encouraging customer interaction and upselling opportunities
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays that highlight key products and promotions
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
• Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing stock, and conducting regular stock checks
• Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting environment for shoppers

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in multiple languages if applicable
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in health or wellness products
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers effectively
• Strong organizational skills to manage merchandising and inventory tasks efficiently
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in serving a diverse customer base
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Positive attitude with phone etiquette skills for engaging with customers over the phone or in person
