1.Examine Components Design & Specifications & Setup Part And Programming Based On Drawing
2.Hands Of Cycle Time & Continous Improvements
3.Ensuring Machine & Operator Output
4.Configuring Machine Includes Tooling, Fixtures & Workpieces To Ensure Accurage Production Runs
5.Adhere Safety Protocals, Maintain Equipments & Uphold Cleanliness Standards In Work Place.
6.Manpower Handling
Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.
Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.
Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.
Responsible for fill rate and customer complaints.
Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost.
Responsible for plant 5S.
Responsible for program development for new products on CNC & VMC.
Estimating cycle time for new development.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
