Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in CNC/VMC machine assembly and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle CNC/VMC machine and frame assembly, alignment, and troubleshooting.
• Manage VMC and CNC turning machine manufacturing processes.
• Plan and execute production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Lead and coordinate technicians and junior team members.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, and Electrical teams.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, QMS, KPI, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure quality, productivity, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Resolve mechanical issues through root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
