VMC Machine Operator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Operate VMC machines to produce high-quality parts with minimal defects.
• Set up and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, including part numbers produced and quality control checks.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience operating a VMC machine or similar CNC equipment.
• Strong understanding of VMC setting procedures and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings accurately.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical principles and machining processes.
