Job Profile :-

Main Work:

1. Operate VMC machine - make metal parts from drawing

2. Setting - Clamp job, set tools, set zero

3. Programming - Basic G-code / M-code editing, Fanuc / Siemens controller

4. Checking - Measure with Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge

5. Daily cleaning & coolant check

You Should Know:

1. How to read Engineering Drawing

2. G00, G01, G02, G03, M03, M08 etc.

3. Fanuc controller (most companies)

4. Offset - Tool offset, Work offset (G54)

5. Safety - No gloves near spindle
