VMC Operator

We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator to operate and monitor Vertical Machining Centre machines and ensure accurate, high-quality production as per technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up VMC machines for production.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
• Load programs, set tools, and perform tool offsets.
• Check component dimensions using measuring instruments.
• Monitor machining processes and maintain product quality.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain production and inspection records.
• Follow safety and production standards.

Requirements

• Experience as a VMC Operator preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations and tool setting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, etc.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
