What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting, workpiece loading and offset correction.
- Handle CNC controls such as Fanuc / Mitsubishi / Haas.
- Read and understand basic G-Code / M-Code.
- Carry out in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure production meets required quality, quantity and cycle time.
- Perform tool changes, insert replacement and minor machine troubleshooting.
- Maintain proper machine housekeeping and follow all safety and quality procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
