JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for VMC Operators to support machining and production activities. Freshers with a Mechanical Engineering or related qualification can apply. The role involves operating VMC machines, basic inspection, following production instructions, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate VMC machines according to production requirements.
• Load and unload components and materials.
• Follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Monitor VMC machining operations during production.
• Ensure components meet required dimensional and quality standards.
• Perform basic dimensional checks on machined components.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
• Identify basic machining or dimensional issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Assist senior operators with machine setup and production activities.
• Follow specified machining parameters and safety procedures.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace housekeeping.
• Report machine abnormalities and quality issues.
• Work according to assigned production schedules and shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical qualification.
• Freshers are eligible.
• Basic knowledge of VMC machine operations and machining concepts.
• Ability to understand basic engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of dimensional measurement and inspection.
• Familiarity with Vernier Caliper and Micrometer is preferred.
• Good attention to accuracy and quality.
• Willingness to learn VMC operation and machining processes.
• Willingness to work in a production/machining environment.
