VMC Programmer & Setter

• Create and modify CNC programs for VMC machines.
• Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on VMC machines.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Perform machine setup and first-piece inspection.
• Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot machining issues.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain production records and machine logs.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with the Quality and Production departments for process improvement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:
