Vmc Programmer

Role : VMC Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Develop VMC CNC programs using 3D CAM.
• Create and modify CNC programs as per component drawings and 3D models.
• Work on Siemens NX / NX CAM and Delcam software.
• Generate tool paths and optimize machining processes.
• Select suitable cutting tools, speeds and feeds.
• Perform program simulation and identify machining issues before production.
• Coordinate with the machine operator and production team for smooth machining.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues.
• Ensure accuracy, quality and timely completion of components.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of VMC Programming & 3D CAM.
• Hands-on experience in NX/NX CAM and Delcam.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, tooling and cutting parameters.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
• Experience in tool path generation, simulation and optimization.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
