VMC Programmer

• Develop and modify CNC programs for VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining specifications.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters.
• Set up VMC machines and prove out programs.
• Optimize CNC programs to improve cycle time, tool life, and machining accuracy.
• Perform tool offset setting, work offset setting, and program corrections.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming-related issues.
• Ensure components are manufactured as per drawing and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams for smooth production.
• Maintain CNC programs and machining documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
