VMC Programmer

We are looking for an experienced VMC Delcam Programmer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in programming, setting, and operating VMC machines. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Delcam software, tooling, machining processes, and precision component manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and optimize VMC programs using Delcam software.
• Set up VMC machines and perform tool selection as per drawing and component requirements.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and CAD/CAM files.
• Monitor machining processes to ensure precision and quality.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Maintain machine health and follow safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a VMC Programmer (Delcam).
• Proficiency in Delcam / PowerMILL / PowerSHAPE.
• Good understanding of G-codes, M-codes, and machining parameters.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
