What they need
Programming: Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs controllers
Setup: VMC machine setup, tool setting, fixture setting, and offset setting
Drawing Reading: Interpret 2D/3D drawings and convert to machining operations
CAM: Generate programs using CAM software like Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM is a plus
Quality: Check dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge and ensure tolerance
Troubleshooting: Debug program errors and reduce cycle time
Documentation: Maintain job cards, program sheets, and tool lists
Safety: Follow shop floor safety and 5S practices
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per year
