Job Description
We are looking for a VMC Programmer with 1–2 years of experience in CNC/VMC programming and machining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify VMC/CNC programs using G-code and M-code.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting, and job proving.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Select cutting tools and optimize machining parameters.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of machined components.
Required Skills:
- VMC/CNC Programming
- G-code & M-code
- CNC machine setting and operation
- Engineering Drawing & GD&T
- Cutting tools and machining parameters
- Basic CAM knowledge preferred
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing
