VMC Programmer

We are looking for a skilled and responsible VMC Programmer with 1–3 years of relevant experience to join our manufacturing team.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in VMC programming, machine setting, tool selection, and reading engineering drawings. Candidates with good practical knowledge and the ability to independently handle programming and production requirements will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize VMC programs for production.
• Set and operate VMC machines as required.
• Read and understand 2D/3D engineering drawings.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
• Set tool offsets, work offsets, feeds, and speeds.
• Check components during production and maintain required dimensions and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot basic programming and machining issues.
• Make necessary program corrections to improve quality and productivity.
• Maintain proper tool and machine-related records.
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in VMC programming.
• Good knowledge of VMC machining and machine setting.
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper and micrometer.
• Experience with FANUC or similar CNC controls is preferred.
• Knowledge of Mastercam, PowerMill, or other CAM software will be an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Tool & Die, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
