Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer cum Operator with strong hands-on experience in VMC programming, Fanuc controllers and Delcam/PowerMill. The candidate should be capable of independently handling CNC programming, machine setup and operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize VMC programs using Fanuc controllers and Delcam/PowerMill.
• Set up and operate VMC machines and perform tool/work offsets.
• Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings and 3D models.
• Develop efficient tool paths and optimize machining processes.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
• Coordinate with the production/tool-room team to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain proper records of CNC programs, tools and machining processes.

Required Skills

• VMC Programming & Operation Mandatory
• Fanuc Controller – Mandatory
• Delcam/PowerMill – Mandatory/Preferred
• Good knowledge of CNC machining, tool paths and cutting parameters.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of NX/UG/SolidWorks will be an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant VMC programming and operating experience.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who can independently handle Programming + Setting + VMC Operation and have practical experience with Fanuc and Delcam/PowerMill are preferred.
