VMC Programmer (Vertical Machining Center)

Location: Ghaziabad
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify CNC programs for VMC machines (Fanuc/Siemens controllers)
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
• Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Perform trial runs and ensure product quality
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle time
• Coordinate with production and quality teams
• Maintain proper documentation of programs and processes

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of VMC programming (G-code / M-code)
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Mastercam, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Understanding of tooling, cutting parameters, and materials
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T knowledge
• Knowledge of CNC machine operations and maintenance

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing/laser machine industry
• Knowledge of multi-axis machining
• Familiarity with production planning

Salary: As per industry standards

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
