Program Lead - VMware Migration & AWS Cloud Transformation

We are hiring an experienced Program Lead to drive large-scale VMware modernization and AWS cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end VMware to AWS migration programs.
• Define migration strategies, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
• Manage delivery governance, executive stakeholder communication, and customer reporting.
• Oversee migration assessments, dependency mapping, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
• Lead cloud adoption, workload migration, and modernization initiatives on AWS.
• Ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality objectives.

Required Skills

• VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
• AWS Cloud Services (EC2, AWS MGN)
• Cloud Migration & Infrastructure Modernization
• Windows & Linux Administration
• Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Cloud Automation and Operational Governance

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2
• AWS Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional)
• AWS Migration Accreditation
• VMware VCP/VCAP

Ideal Candidate 10+ years of experience in infrastructure transformation and cloud migration programs with proven expertise in VMware-to-AWS migrations, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Compensation range: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
