Your Task

This position focuses on the implementation, administration, and migration of Nutanix cloud infrastructures and related technologies. The role involves leading automation and standardization efforts, planning and executing complex systems, and ensuring service level agreements are met.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, administration, and migration of Nutanix cloud infrastructures (AOS, AHV virtualization, AOS storage, virtual networking, NDK, etc.)
• Implementation and administration of Nutanix Prism
• Scripting with PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, Ansible, or Terraform
• Leading the automation and standardization of operational workflows using appropriate scripts
• Planning, design, and execution of commissioning and operation of complex systems
• Handling and execution of complex tasks and assignments
• Participation in the preparation of decision papers and technical concepts
• Installation and maintenance of tools
• Development and planning of service concepts
• Management and coordination of order processing
• Ensuring agreed service levels
• Creation and maintenance of documentation

Your Profile

We are seeking a highly qualified Nutanix Infrastructure Specialist with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure administration, virtualization, and automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Nutanix technologies, scripting, networking, and storage solutions, along with relevant certifications and excellent communication skills.

Must Have Skills

• Master's or diploma degree with relevant professional experience, or comparable knowledge and skills
• At least five years of professional experience, including a minimum of three years in IT administration
• Very strong experience with Nutanix AOS (Acropolis Operating System)
• Very strong experience with Nutanix AHV (Acropolis Hypervisor)
• Very strong experience with Nutanix Prism
• Very strong experience with Nutanix LCM (Life Cycle Manager)
• Very strong experience with storage containers, protection domains, snapshots, and replication
• Very strong experience with performance analysis and troubleshooting
• Good experience with Microsoft Windows infrastructures
• Good experience with Linux infrastructures
• Good experience with central services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services)
• Good experience with storage concepts such as NFS, SAN, NAS, and SDS
• Good experience with backup solutions
• Very strong knowledge of network infrastructure including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewalling
• Very strong knowledge of overlay networks and Nutanix Flow
• Very strong experience with PowerShell scripting
• Very strong experience with Bash scripting
• Very strong experience with REST APIs
• Very strong experience with Ansible
• Very strong experience with Terraform
• Nutanix Certified Associate (NCA) certification
• Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP-MCI) certification
• ITIL Foundation certification

Salary: Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than €1,850 gross.

Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
