VNA Driver

We are looking for a VNA Driver to join our Team at our Warehouse in Doncaster.

Please note for this role you MUST have a Valid VNA licence.

Salary: £14.90 ph + excellent benefits package

Pitman Shift 33h / 44h rotating each week days and nights. Night Premium £1.50ph

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate VNA Truck equipment safely and efficiently in line with site procedures and training
• Pick, put away, relocate, and replenish stock to designated locations
• Work accurately with warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, or paperwork
• Ensure correct stock rotation (e.g. FIFO) and maintain inventory accuracy
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report faults or maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Adhere to all health & safety regulations, including manual handling and traffic management rules
• Support general warehouse duties as required, including loading/unloading and stock counts
• Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and team members to meet operational targets
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
• Ensure all daily MHE checks are completed and any issues raised
• Involves working at height and in narrow aisle environments
• Physically active role requiring standing, lift and operating machinery

About You

• Valid VNA licence
• In-house training will be given
• Proven experience operating VNA Trucks in a warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic IT or scanning system experience preferred
