About the Role

We're looking for experienced VNA (Voice and Accent) Trainers to join our upcoming international in Pune. If you're passionate about training, have strong communication skills, and have experience shaping voice and accent standards for international teams, this is your opportunity to grow with us in a large-scale hiring drive!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Voice & Accent (VNA) training to new hires and existing agents supporting the process
• Design and conduct training modules to improve pronunciation, fluency, tone, and communication effectiveness
• Assess trainee performance and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to align training with process requirements
• Maintain training documentation, reports, and track batch performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a VNA Trainer, preferably with international process exposure
• VNA Certification is an added advantage (not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience training for international voice processes preferred
• Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts, including night shifts as required

• Fixed Weekend Off
