Eligibility:

Graduates from 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-out batches Freshers only (No prior full-time work experience required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions professionally through voice support.
• Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
• Adhere to quality, compliance, and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with empathy.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualification:

• Any Graduate (BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BCA, B.Tech, BE, MBA Freshers)
