Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone calls.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Assist customers with their requests and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Follow established procedures and service guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams when concerns require further assistance.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates from any educational or professional background.
• Customer Service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling customer conversations over the phone.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common applications.
• Willing to learn new systems and processes.
• Customer-focused, patient, and professional when handling different types of concerns.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Makati.
