Voice Engineer

Hiring : Infra Voice – Service Desk Engineer

Experience : 6 Months – 1 Year

Job Location : Ghansoli Reliance Retail

Shift : Rotational & Night Shifts

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide first-level technical support to users via voice calls.
• Handle and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to Windows, applications, hardware, network, and connectivity.
• Log, update, and track tickets in the ITSM/ticketing tool.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Follow defined SLA and service desk processes.
• Ensure professional communication and timely resolution of user queries.

Required Skills :

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support, or Voice Support.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
• Customer-service-oriented approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone.

Education: Graduate / Diploma in IT or a related field preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
