Voice picker

We are recruiting 5x experienced Voice Pickers to join a well-established and high-performing Distribution Centre in Dandenong South. These positions suit candidates with demonstrated voice picking experience, as well as a strong background operating electric tuggers safely and efficiently in a DC environment.

Hours: Start between 5am - 6am
Payrate: $45.98

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the DC team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Accurately pick customer orders using a voice-directed picking system
• Build, stack, and shrink-wrap pallets to a high standard
• Safely operate electric tuggers and wave riders throughout the warehouse
• Replenish stock and ensure pick locations remain fully stocked
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations and team activities
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-focused work environment
• Work efficiently to achieve performance and accuracy KPIs

About You:
To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a voice picking environment
• Proven experience operating electric tuggers/wave riders
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of picking accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance
• Available to work Monday to Friday with an immediate start
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
