What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international calls from clients across various countries, providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
- Process transactions, answer questions, and address concerns related to banking products and services in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
- Meet performance targets set by the company for quality metrics such as first-call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Job Requirements :
- Fluency in English language (spoken) with strong communication skills.
- Experience in an International BPO/Call Center environment handling international voice processes.
- Knowledge of US Voice process procedures would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
