We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team at Egmore, Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining products/services, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Follow up with leads and enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
• Convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Update customer details and sales follow-up status in the CRM/system.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide proper support.

Requirements

• Freshers can also apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / CRM / Inside Sales is preferred.
• Candidates with B2C or B2B sales experience are welcome.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with CRM/software systems.
• No career gap preferred.
• Good communication in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,671.28 - ₹35,355.72 per month
