Voice process

Prime Gold Hub is hiring enthusiastic Telecallers for our Voice Process team at our T. Nagar, Chennai office. In this role, you will be the direct voice of our brand, engaging with prospective and existing customers.

Candidates must also be able to communicate in Telugu to handle calls with Telugu-speaking customers effectively. If you have strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and enjoy a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Manage inbound customer inquiries and conduct outbound promotional or follow-up calls.

Multilingual Communication: Primary communication in Tamil, switching seamlessly to Telugu based on customer preference and requirements.

Lead Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads and maintain prospective client relationships.

Record Management: Log details of all calls, customer queries, and feedback systematically in standard database systems.

Target Achievement: Work proactively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Service Excellence: Understand customer needs clearly, deliver accurate information, and maintain a professional, polite demeanor at all times

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
