Job Overview

We are hiring candidates for a Domestic Voice Process – E-commerce role. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions over calls, resolving queries, providing appropriate assistance, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Minimum 6 months of documented sales experience is mandatory.

• Candidates with experience in Sales roles can apply.

• Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through inbound/outbound calls as per process requirements.

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information and assistance.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining service quality.

• Follow defined process guidelines, communication standards, and performance parameters.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and required information.

• Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.

• Coordinate with relevant teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.

Compensation

₹21,000 CTC or ₹23,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI

Important Details

• 6 days working.

• 1 rotational week off.

• 9-hour shift including 1-hour break.

• Shift window: 9 AM to 9 PM.

• Work From Office.

• Graduation mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
